Store of Value = Proof of Work.
Proof of Work ≠ Store of Value.
The proven work stored gives intrinsic value insofar as record of effort &/or duration, but that in itself doesn't make the work valuable.
The capacity for storage does not equate value. Capacitance is a range, not that which to be measured, same as capacity. Though one may make the case that a capacitor is valuable that is contextual because it's value is relative to its system dynamics

If an item's value is relative to the system, then it inherently does not store value in & of itself.
