I'll be real with you. I finally stopped needing the top model to do my best work. I used to feel like like something was taken away. Not anymore. And it has nothing to do with the model.
Here's what I mean. The thing that makes the best AI feel like the best AI was never just raw intelligence. It's the loop around it. Fan the problem out and try it more than one way. Then turn around and attack your own answer, hard, until only the part that's actually true survives. And never lose the thread from one session to the next.
So I built that loop instead of waiting for someone to hand it to me. It fans a problem out across a bunch of agents, has them tear each other's answers apart until only what's true is left standing, then pulls the best of it back together. I call it fable-class, and I open sourced it: https://github.com/zcoolz/fable-class
You don't need Indelible to use it. It bolts straight onto anyone running Claude Code in VS Code. Indelible is just the layer underneath that makes the whole thing remember, so none of it ever gets lost.
Breadth, then doubt, then memory.
And the wild part is what it does to an ordinary model. You bolt that loop onto the model you already have and it starts performing like the tier above it. The model is just the engine. The loop is the rest of the car, and the car is the part you can actually build yourself.
That's the whole bet behind what I'm making. You don't have to wait to be handed the future. You can assemble it out of parts you control.
Own your memory. Forever.
