I think you have the right idea. I dont think you should be able to straight up mint others' images, but you should be able to offer to buy the image (even if not minted) and once the sale is agreed on it will mint at that point and transfer

I think what your getting at is your talking about a mint of a mint.
But then very oddly how the world works how these things work .

But then youve got a new or maybe they are already doing it.
Lets say one guy or woman even if they dont mint.
Then the next guy mints but they bring maybe more options, someone that dpecializes in minting.

Then the mintining of a mint, youve got people somewhat randomly steping in and taking one jpeg and with blockchains people that dont know anything about crypto . Or what crypto systems anything they use.
