I did come accros that interesting parasite theory via Matt, who created that Cultivate Elevate business selling things like pearl powder and dragons blood. I am curious about this idea.
He also suggests that a bit of mold on fruits and veggies should be similarly good for us, which reminds me of my dad, who seemed to be some proof of that this might be true. Yet I'm sure it depends. Say you have a mold poisoning toxicity issue, then it might not be a good idea. Or it might be a good idea. Or it might depend on the type of molds. Somehow for me in particular, consuming molds feels strongly like a no go. But I am open to the idea that it might be ok, or even good, for someone else.

Well I guess it's like fermented foods, technically they're rotting and moulding yet there is so much evidence to support beneficial gut bacteria. I myself have used saurkraut and seen dramatic benefits. A friend of mine cured crones eating it.
Natural moulds and fungus is a breakdown, where as what we see as black mould in the home is due to inorganic living, and walls covered in toxic paints and substances, reacting with the outside world.
