I'd like the SEC's regulatory framework to be inverted. Mom and Pop businesses should be able to issue liquid securities < $100K annually. An 18 year old who wants to paint should be able to buy his ladders and truck by issuing tradable low dollar bonds.

If you built a blockchain framework for this that got popular, the SEC would come destroy your life. But meanwhile, SEC doesn't do anything about Wall Street dishonesty. SEC exists to advantage Wall Street over Main Street, and advantage NYC over USA.
