What are currently known projects working on implementing real estate transactions & funding on bitcoin? I know Tokenized is working on tokenizing real estate, but how far along? Any legal hurdles?

What about on chain escrow management and real estate document signing/storage? Is this years away? Anyone using it now in the states?

Tokenized have solutions for this. Can't give an ETA, and can confirm it will not be part of the first release. This is a touchey area.

Thank you for the info. Very interested in Tokenized, but yes, I’m sure smaller tokenization will happen before real estate.
