CTV and CSFS repurpose OP_NOP opcodes, making them backward-compatible as a soft fork. In my opinion, observing what other chains are doing - whether it’s larger blocks, on-chain data, data protocols, or other innovations- helps determine which chain best aligns with your goals.

The original purpose of NOP codes were to ensure that new cryptography functions could be added should Ripemd160 and SHA256 get cracked in a way that affects the chain. My opinion is that it should stay that way
