Like it or not the USD, EUR, & GBP are currently what people use for money.
They are historically stable (unlike bitcoin).
Will killer app of bitcoin will be a stable coin on Bitcoin?

seems possible that a government might choose (or even be required) to tokenize it's own fiat currency on top of bitcoin
almost happened already with el Petro! that was a trippy moment!! but then in the end it turned out it was just a shitcoin and nothing happened!!! a real sovereign normal world government already put out a fucking shitcoin!!!! what a world!!!!!
yes but no government has tried put their shitcoin on top of bitcoin (yet). our us constitution gives the power to print money to the legislative branch of the federal government (congress)
unfortunately we borrow and pay interest on it instead. (for now)
