ah this is a second ring?, not the No.19 I sent him on the 11th, I thought it was that 4M that went through that would make two 4M's one he sent and the one you paid to cover it. So doesn't that mean technically you don't need to settle with him. I either send him a ring one you bought for him or I give you the 4M back. 😅

What happened was me trying to purchase a ring but for some reason, a bug occurred that made it so the fee was only 0.4 sat/kb. Then around 48 hours later, it was somehow confirmed, despite the fee being too low
