I did creatine over 10 years ago.
It helped my max strength and I was able to do three one handed pull ups with each arm.
Over the complete length of 180 degree to the top, not from 90 degree flex.
At the same time I gained weight, probably around 4 kg and it wasn't muscles.
Probably water.
The reason I stopped taking it was, that my climbing performance and overall endurance began to suck.
My conclusion was, that creatine helps your max strength but fucks up your endurance.
Because of that and because it is just another artificial dependency I stopped taking it.
