if you are unable to, then you will remain complacent. IF you are able to then you realize the cycle doesn't end there, it repeats.

This is not an easy thing to do. We all have our own files that we believe to be reality;
one must first master the skill of obtaining new information without being emotional, even if it challenges everything you believe in.

This does not mean you do not filter out junk noise, there is a fine line between nonsense and constructive criticism.
