A crazy thought:

If your PK is exposed today, that ID can never be reused.

What if an exposed PK can have a "kill switch" where the original owner can kill all connections to that PK with a TX (like a flag) and user recover services the ID was linked?

There shouldn’t ever be a 1 to 1 mapping of identity to pk. If you think about it your identity today is a combination of government id, Facebook login, credit card etc... so translate that to bitcoin your identity should be the sum of many pks
