Court seemingly doesn't understand the system? or do they well enough..., and but the entire story from Wright's side is that (correct me if wrong) the KEYS were stolen, but the bitcoin in the address have not moved to another address, that there IS risk that the bitcoin can be moved, but Maybe can't be, and thus Wright wants miners to do so by court order to supposedly set a precedent. But the court isn't following any of that.
