Costco has really good meat and alot has to do how you cook it. 1 1/2 inch tritip or ribeye. Little olive oil salt steak. Sear 4 minutes each side . 3 mins medium heat with lots of butter. Magic mountain sauce with onion powder. My fav. What yours?
