It will be very hard to get to a consistent transaction volume of that size in such a short amount of time. Price will have to increase to keep the balance between fees and subsidy. Let's wait and see what the market does and how utilization grows.

Don't forget to factor in difficulty as a factor in a miner's shares. That 100x seems rather arbitrary. Besides, it will more likely be 1Mx.
