The problem was some of the angles were very subtle. Could look like crap if they disappear. We sent the model and hoped for the best.

My concerns were valid. This came back, as a heavily iterated sample on the carver side.

Brows, nose, eyes all have problems
I had to make it easier for them. Plane changes had to be fewer and more drastic.

The carvers were basically inventing a process on how to carve these facets. Nothing like it existed on the market. There was a good chance this carve wasn't gonna look any better... or be really expensive to produce.
