We all complain about democracy, but what proven methodology or system is out there to replace it? I have not seen an alternative yet. Are we not just complaining just because we can?

Democracy is absolutely the worst, except for all other experiments

I hear you, but is this true? Aren't we saying this just because everyone else is saying it and has now become politically incorrect to say the contrary. Don't get me wrong, I do not think democracy in its current form is working either. Any alternative?

Democracy only works if you tie each vote to the amount of contribution to society
Money if it is honest should measure that, especially if it remains a competitive & private good.
So it only works if votes are weighted by the % of taxes you pay.

I personally think a monarchy with a benevolent and very capable / philosopher king is the best one
examples: Genghis Khan, Timur, Queen Victoria, Queen Elizaveta of Russia, Alfred The Great

100%
Majority of people are average or below average IQ and capability and should not be involved in ruling 🤷♂️

Now this gets interesting. Define 'contribution to society'? You say taxes, but say a teacher and an engineer both studied for 4 years, the engineer will always earn more and pay more taxes. Does this then mean the engineer should have more voting power?

contribution to society cannot be defined by words. That's why we need honest money, it allows us to create a market for defining what it is through peer interactions. If money is honest & someone earns more it means that he contributes more to society.

let's say 1 person earns 10k at a job, and another earns 1k. but there is 10 times more people working job2 than job1. Then their job categories have the same representation through this method.

I agree with you. However this kind of thinking gets broken with the exceptions. i.e. person 3 earns 5k in a lesser required job. The next thing that happens is that society says that this is unfair. How dare you classify people based on this and that?

what is a "lesser required job"? is it a job paying less, or that has less people doing it? if someone is doing it and others paying for it how can it be less required?
People complain, who cares? what matters is power, and that should be productive people

I read the other day about an instance where an immigrant working as a fruit picker complained about being moved back in the residency waiting list in favor of people that have studied. The person said it is unfair discrimination.

only the free market is fair: no one deciding for others, only voluntary interactions & how much value you can provide to them, and charity
Some will always complain & try to destroy society, but what matters is that we build one that is resilient to them
