Of those 100, 10 produce HALF the value.

So 10 people out of 10,000 produce 25% of the value of the ENTIRE company.

Take away incentives - i.e. socialism - and you get economic collapse.

I don't think that's correct. If the company runs smoothly and workers feel respected, then almost everyone will work productively and raise the value of the company.

Agree, I think he means 10 people take credit for 25% of the value. Toilets always need cleaning, it doesn't matter how brilliant you think you are.
