mp4 has audio...
which can be annoying in at least two scenarios: you’re in the space when audio is inappropriate; you can’t listen or hear the message. Every mp4 should have at least some auto captions.
@5, mp4s can also be uploaded, but readable as images only on Safari and iOS.
