In the coming months, it will be important to increase your positive hash flow not by increasing earnings, but by decreasing expenses.

Produce more for yourself.

Instead of going to the gym, go hiking.

Instead of buying food, grow it.

Ok, this is ridiculous.

Mobile performance of Twetch is poor enough that I keep making typos just because the input of text is so much slower than the site is keeping up with it.

I scan over what I typed rather than what I'm typing, and I miss things.

Been doing "suburban hiking" (walking the hilly neighbourhood) for years. Very cheap! Growing enough food for a family is another story. My container garden is more of a snacking garden and does not replace the need for grocery shopping!

The point isn't that you have to fully offset your shopping needs, but that you allocate what resources you have to productive endeavors, reducing the need to rely on money as a bridge from one endeavor to all others.

Build resilience in your own economy.

This next decade is going to be interesting. I've been mending clothes lately, a useful activity/skill that has been trending for younger people but still more as a hobby than necessity. (Google "visible mending on Pinterest".)

Yes, it will be interesting for sure.

I certainly have big plans for myself over this time, and I hope to significantly change at least a small part of the world for the better.

I'm hopeful that nothing gets in the way of that.
