Right now the QR code is generated directly from the entered address.
I plan on adding integrations with payment methods so you'll be able to swipe with MoneyButton for example instead of just having your handle listed.
A driving motivation behind Coindrop is to get people accustomed to very low fees, like we have on BSV :)
I'm not familiar with BIP270. I'll check it out!
Do check BIP270 out, you've got a great start on a service that just works for everyone (with every taste of whatever coin/service they'd like to add).
