They can go into contra suit with this, but I think Craig can answer that they will get what is supposedly theirs, after he gains his address back.

I believe this is based on his theory of his ownership of the database. So if legally it's his database by creation, he's uniquely positioned to take ownership of that which he created.
Then he can give them back their coins and be a hero.

& owning the database doesn't imply ownership of legal 3rd party contents. Content in question is seized due to crime. So they fall to him as the creator, to redistribute to new legal addresses associated with rightful owners of the database contents.
