Congratulations, hope it works out and don't let them lowball you. They have invested a lot of time already and will not want to see you not join for a few thousand that means a little to them but a lot to you.

@802 thank you. I really appreciate your advice. I do hope the offer ends up being in the approx range I am expecting. Luckily the recruiter for the company confirmed that range for me so hopefully no surprises! :)
