The claim that you need to do it to protect those who can't is meant to achieve full compliance, but it also opens up a way out.
Now all you have to do is find a doctor who attests that you (or your child) belong to the group that unfortunayely cannot be vaccinated, because of allergies, a previous bad reaction to a vaccine or whatever.

In many states in the US a parent can use one of the exemption types - each state has different kinds. I did this for all of my kids in several states we lived in. It was easy apart from the ignorant lectures I would get from time to time from docs, parents what have you;.. . Now it's become intensely politicized. And you may know this - but in the couple (and increasing) states that have completely outlawed non-vaxxed from public or private schools and daycares they make it so very hard for doctors to do this for the one exception type they leave available: medical. They give them like 2 or 3 a year before they pull their license so the docs are afraid to do it. So they simply don't. They are watched like hawks, California is a fascist state.

It's appalling.

In case you missed this thread.
I think this is the best information about vaccines out there. I hope when RFK says "I support vaccines" he means sone of the live vaccines, not the non-live ones.
