They dream. They just don't remember. They have an inner monolog, they are just not aware of it.

I think I'd rather deal with someone who doesn't have one than with someone who is completely unaware of it.
The voice in ourself is just a voice , mostly not telling the truth.

I'd argue there are different voices inside of us, one of the soul and many or the mind. It's good to know which is which.
