My current town was $50 USD when CityOnChain first launched. After resolving to purchase it, the price is now $1k USD.

I definitely see a LOT of speculation but I imagine those who own multiple cities will price their ‘extras’ a bit lower in order to concentrate their efforts on building just a few cities.
