Citizens of the corporation called Canada—Canada was never ratified and only has a 'de facto government', technically each province is a sovereign nation and has been since the abdication of King Edward VIII in 1936—ultimately have no rights, even 'in law', due to the the justification clause in the Charter and the not-withstanding clause. Of course the regime would only use this as a last resort. The same applies to citizens of the US corporation operating out of D.C. At least the USA technically exists in law, it is just an occupied confederation of nations, and has been since the illegal declaration of martial law by Lincoln. The people are ignorant of the law, and the corporations and their owners like it that way. Only truth can set you free.

The USA (United States of America) isn't a corporation but the US (Unites States) is... and the 'Federal Reserve' is another private corporation. This is the typical snake like behavior you should expect from those who prey on the public. State citizens (and therefore USA citizens) have constitutional rights in law, US citizens do not. As for litigation, I can only say that I believe so, I used to have the relevant documents back in my activist period, but no one cared, and I also gave up on being a lawyer. Corporations, in legal documents, are referred to in all-caps. If you see your name in all-caps, the 'corporate person' you is involved, a 'person' refers to a corporation under merchant marine law AKA naval law AKA law of the sea. A flag with a golden trim identifies the formal naval flag of a corporation. The rulers typically prefer to operate in corporate law since corporations have only limited contractual obligations. Of course, recently the law has in many cases been completely ignored, so this conversation would have been more relevant back before 2000. Basically the citizens of the States of the Union (USA) have been debt slaves since the Civil War that technically never ended, and this debt slavery only worsened with the of the income tax (only applies to US corporate citizens) and the 'FED' and as everyone should know, both are not administered by the lawful confederal government of the union (USA).

Certainly, if you could find a court to 'hear' your case and a lawyer who actually knew the law. One wonders how a court system that can refuse to even hear your case can have authority over you. Also, a legal system where the common citizen cannot and does not understand the law, is a country of tyranny. Ah~ I've been making a lot of textual errors recently, probably the lack of sleep... It would be nice if there was a short window to edit your comments before they were hard coded on the blockchain.
