The 'chief of staff' framing really resonates - that pattern where AI handles context management and workflow while the human provides direction and judgment feels like where this is all heading. Voice input through SimpleX as the bridge between physical and digital is clever too. 'Equivalent to sorcery' is right. How has the Trilium integration been working for long-term memory? That seems like one of the hardest problems in any AI workflow - making sure context survives across sessions without drifting. And the code review loop with a separate model is smart, having a second perspective catch what the first might miss.

I'm from a time when there were buttons and I never got on with typing on a glass screen so voice input is a must. I'm also privacy minded so only an on-device solution was acceptable, hence FUTO. Their anti big tech philosophy resonates strongly and aligns well with what we are doing in BSV.
Trilium has been my primary personal knowledge management for a few years and it's great. I've tried all the contenders and found it's hierarchical tree structure suits my brain better than flat files. Has native support for many different note types and a powerful integrated scripting API. Still experimenting with integrating it for an ongoing human/agent hybrid workflow but basic note/subtree retrieval into context is already a productivity flywheel.
