why does cheese trigger your brain similar to heroin?

Not sure, but I just heard today citrus before sleep messes with your nervous system. Also citrus in the morning helps you wake up (i.e. OJ). The cheese thing sounds interesting, I’ll ask my boss tomorrow he knows everything there is to know about food.
