Dope quick read. If you want to be a bit radical with your theme use your vacay (assuming you have), get a waiter job for 2 wks. It will force you to confront your shyness. Also the theme/soft goal is pretty cool. I set a short term goal this year myself.

Wow, this actually sounds like an awesome way to fight shyness and get a bit of cash while doing it, will ponder a bit more over it, in fact anything customer facing could give me a nice boost.
