chatgpt is more accurate (90% vs 76%)
at diagnosing patients than docs are, even when the docs are using chatgpt themselves!

seems like basically the docs get confirmation bias and incorrectly go with their guts instead of what chatgpt suggests. also, may be partially a skill issue, seems most of the docs weren't using chatgpt that effectively, if they were trained to use it better maybe doc+chatgpt could beat chatgpt alone
