Although most people have struggled with mental health, anxiety & depression at some point in their lives I had no idea about the real numbers that have attempted suicide. Once you start digging the figures are through the roof. There appears to be an epidemic of trauma & hidden suicides in society that no one is addressing or maybe hiding.
