I wouldn’t be so sure about that. Business over noise & drama (distractions). He doesn’t have to agree with, like or even trust others building on Bitcoin. He just needs to compete on a stable protocol.

Lawsuits are distractions. They have allowed other companies to catch up to bitcoin.com wallet.
All patents are available to use on BSV. What does closed source stop you from doing now?
