I think ignoring without any interaction is a good stabdard way for dealing with it.

If people want to go to the trouble to criticize posts make them articulate rather than just tap a fud button— put the constructive back in criticism. Real BitCoin incentivizes authentic content, so feedback falls into that category. One must learn the art of critique, however. Whilst one must learn to appreciate both the fart joke and the callback, nothing lands quite like the fart joke with a 25 minute set up & punchline.
