True.
Perfection would be a state, namely the state on the top of the pyramid, the best one, a non repeatable one.
And as soon as just one electron/atom/molecule changes, the state has changed and therefore it can't be perfect any longer. You can't have two perfect states.
Perfection is an illusion. The only perfect thing may be the construct we are living in and its perfection lies in its continous change of state - the irony.
