Certainly, if you could find a court to 'hear' your case and a lawyer who actually knew the law. One wonders how a court system that can refuse to even hear your case can have authority over you. Also, a legal system where the common citizen cannot and does not understand the law, is a country of tyranny. Ah~ I've been making a lot of textual errors recently, probably the lack of sleep...
