Celebrating the food that made us human. It's about half way though the month, but happy World Carnivore Month, guys! Who else is eating animal-based this month?
This is sliced ribeye, chuck, & brisket in Chiang Mai, Thailand

You would probably find this site interesting: https://thefatemperor.com/. There is an associated podcast. The last episode is an interview with MD Paul Saladino (how ironic the name 😁) about the meat controversy and ultimate nutrition.
Nice. I enjoy both Ivor Cummins and Paul Saladino's work. Will have to check out more of TFE podcasts. Thanks! Ivor also has some good content on COVID too.
Yr welcome Wes. I first heard him in an interview on a James Delingpole's podcast where he was talking about all the covid BS.
I've know of & listened to a lot of Ivor for quite awhile in the low carb community, but recently liking him more & more for his work applying critical analysis to a lot of the covid data, lockdowns, etc. Listening to this now:

Currently of the wagon a bit due to Christmas time + traveling and indulging in local foods. But generally I have been thriving on an animal-based diet for about 2 years. The food that made us human indeed.
Right on! That's ok, you gotta try the local food when traveling :) I've found I function best, both mentally and physically, on animal-based as well. I did full carni for over a year but found I do best at around 90-95% animal-based.
Same for me bro. A solid foundation of red meat, beef liver, eggs and some fish. And I can add in some veggies or starch whenever I want with no issues at all.
