Can someone explain the science or logic( or both) why it's "law" to wear a mask outside, walking alone and nowhere near anyone else?

Law of stupidity. The best explanation is that it will minimize the chance of someone caughing out the virus. Then the wind can blow it to someone nearby. In reality, mask doesn't do shit except letting you smell your own breath..🤪

That's too funny🤣. TBH, I think mask is very useful in Asia where you have very high PM level. It will save your loung, not from virus but definitely from dust...😄
Yeah that’s true but some guys drive the motorbike, you have some people wear 3 mask but they drive motorbike and then not wear the helmet but they do the mask. Well you probably know more people die of a motorbike crash then of Corona here daily...
