Bittrex is a US based exchange, allows fiat onramp and offramp after satisfying KYC (know your customer requirements) offers a direct bsv/usd pairs.
Or a person could use coinbase to buy an altcoin such as "BTC" and then send to another exchange for BSV

I can confirm that my 2 transactions via buybsv did have extra fees on the back end (cash advance, foreign transaction). I understand the cash advance, just wasn’t thinking about it at the time. Any exchange where you can do a bank draft will be cheaper.

Kucoin doesn't require kyc for deposit and withdrawal for US customers withdrawing less than 5 btc. If that helps.

I use Bittrex. You can swap USD for BSV directly using your debit card. Minimum amount is $10. Fee is pretty high though at 3%.

All my credit cards failed thru BuyBSV, MoneyButton & Kucoin. Plus 5.5%+ fee is high.
Bittrex is best. Fees are much lower. They allow debit cards and instant withdrawal (unlike Coinbase bank purchases). Bittrex is also a pretty safe place to store BSV.
