alright, you should be able to do as many ! pay tags as you want in a single message now. they'll all get bundled up and sent as one transaction with outputs going to each person you're paying.

also, now the receiver will get a treechat notification that they got paid, and it should work for people who have emojis or other unusual characters in their usernames (👀 @Brooz)
