Can Craig be held legally liable for telling everyone he was going to dump BTC (iceberg, etc) and then failing to follow through? It was hypocritical and financially damaging to people who sold because of this threat, including myself.

If Elon musk told all stockholders that he was going to dump all his stock (iceberg, etc) and then failed to follow through, is he legally liable for losses if people sold and stock consequently rallied?
He cannot / doesn't want to do that until the Kleiman court case is over.
In that case, he was still deceiving people that held BTC that did not know the intricacies of the case. I’m wondering if that’s still a crime.
The people that were rewarded with BTC rally were the people that actually considered him a fraud and disregarded all his statements. He damaged the ones that knew the truth. Now we are weaker.
No. Grown adults make their own decisions. No one forced you to sell all of your BTC to make speculative bets on a speculative asset. You could have split 50/50. You made a guess and picked the right choice at the wrong time.
It’s not a crime. Lol should you have had to pay him money if you made a bunch of money on a BSV pump? No. It’s not a crime because BTC and BSV aren’t even stocks. This is a speculative market, no returns. 🤣
He said it right here. He committed the crimes he mentioned himself here. He deceived people into selling BTC he said he would dump with 5x leveraged short. Am I supposed to ignore his threat? I think I sold around 47 BTC because of this.
Okay so when are you suing the thousands of YouTube influencers and Twitter influencers that told you BTC would be a million dollars by now? You’re just some rich guy trying to make money for doing nothing! 😂 do you contribute anything to bitcoin?
he did say he would dump. We should put creg on trial on the BSV blockchain
If he dumped then he would have bankrupted so many innocent people.
I believed him as well & also got burned by the soon.
Price predictions from YouTube influencers are very different from someone who owns 1 million BTC and declares he will dump and leverage short them. Actually, he pleaded with his “friends” to “heed” his advice. He begged his friends to sell. Imagine.
But why would you have invested so much money into such a speculative asset? It could have went to zero at a moments notice. Even if you went 50/50 on both it still was extremely risky. You had a 50/50 shot but made the right call at the wrong time.
Sounds like he has committed an offense to me..
Exactly. And now his paid schills and groupies act like Craig is above criticism no matter what he does.
His credibility has bolted from the stable and ain't coming back.
Where does Creg store his fabulous wealth? Probly in places he hopes it will multiply. Where does 99% of his wealth come from? Speculation.
BSV a.k.a -10x coin 😃
I didn’t invest so much into BTC. I bought it when it was like $400. I held it cause mainstream is slow to catch on to the truth. But the Craig BTC dump talk freaked me out. He misled us and that’s where all the BSV investor anger comes from.
Funny, I heard him mention often that he would not dumo BTC all at once. He said many times that this was not possible for a number of reasons, One he did not want to hurt some innocent people who invested in BTC . Two he mentioned lack of liquidity.
The law is truth, the law is justice.
there may be potential for a class action suit in the states.
should ask for $1200 per bsv
lol
>"knew the truth"
wew lad
Perhaps in his 5D chess game he is willing to sacrifice all of us who believe and treasure BSV because still the coin will triumph, even without supporters. It hurts
