It's based on block # and not a hard date. The reward halves every 210,000 blocks, so for this third halvening block #630,000 eta is:
BTC now 599,895 - Early May, 2020
BCH now 605,081 - Late April, 2020
BSV now 604,829 - Late April, 2020
