For the viewer, if they're paying 5 cents per hour watched, and they watch for 40 hours a week, that's an $8/mo subscription.
The real question is how low the distribution costs can go to make this model viable.

That would be ~$3000 so far, over just about 5 hours... ~$600 an hour ain't bad. This channel regularly gets >1 million views per video, and it's a secondary channel for them.
