Calling the tax office, going through a lot of automatic responses and finally manage to be put on a waitlist to have a real person. After 10min wait and being 3rd on the waitlist, it tells me to call later cause all agents are busy and they hang up... 🔥

What a pain in the ass to interact with services on the phone nowadays, i remember 10 ears ago, you'd be directly put on a waitlist and have a human being on the phone SYSTEMATICALLY. I HATE to interact with those automated phone bots.
