Great observations. I think one of the biggest challenges isn't just supply vs. demand—it's creating reasons for collectors to keep participating.

That's one of the reasons
BORING NFT NEWSLETTER has been experimenting with new formats on Treechat:

🔸 THE BLIND AUCTION™ — collectors bid on mystery, curiosity, and storytelling before the artwork is revealed.

🔸 BORING NFT MARKET™ — focused on discovery, highlighting overlooked collections, creator stories, and undervalued NFTs rather than just new mints.
🔸 NFT UPVALUE GAME™ — turning attention and social interaction into a game where timing, participation, and community engagement matter as much as price.

These experiments are attempts to create new demand through experiences instead of relying only on minting more NFTs.

I also agree that AI-generated images alone are becoming commoditized. The long-term value will come from narrative, provenance, creator identity, utility, and memorable collecting experiences.

The BSV Ordinals ecosystem is still early. If creators, collectors, marketplaces, and communities continue to experiment together, we have a real opportunity to build something unique rather than simpl
y copying what other chains have already done.
Excellent post, @KURO
Thank you for sharing such an honest perspective.

I’m glad you feel that way.

I’m one of the people who has been truly saved by the BSV chain, the BSV community, and BSV Ordinals. Precisely because I have high hopes for their future, I believe we must face reality head-on.

This is just my personal opinion, but honestly, the overall level of art circulating in the BSV Ordinals market is quite low. I’m sorry if this sounds harsh, but most of the pieces feel like “anyone could make this.” The creators who are producing truly eye-catching digital art are mostly on Ethereum, BTC, or Tezos. That frustrates me deeply…

I really appreciate all the efforts and experiments you’re making. That’s exactly why I want to keep pushing forward with my own challenge to create better art.

Art has different functions and levels of arrangement. What it means to the creator can mean something entirely different to the collector.

I want my art and storytelling to compete fairly against amazing storytellers and creatives and hold its own. That’s part of my process. I will absorb @KURO opinion for self introspections and agree with it. Ethereum has some impactful art! Some of the pieces there are fleshed out and quite frankly mindblowing! It’s another world entirely.

So yes. I will too be going on a introspective journey to challenge myself for the sake of my [[worldbuilding]] first and then everything else.

Let’s met on the other side better creators and hopefully when the BSV price is stronger.💪🏽
