we have integrations to all the different model providers... im not aware of any commercial use limitations from them, and there are none from us
The way I understand it, non attorney understanding, is that you paid for that art, so it is commissioned art. Because you paid for it, and because you were co creator of it, then it is yours. Just like the image art on the platform, you should be able to mint it and benefit from it as a creator.
