My business is run completely on digital assets. I am patiently waiting for BSV to take the place of ETH and BTC In my day to day.

don't wait, do it!

I’m ready anytime Randy I just not sure if there are DeFi functions on BSV yet and I can only pay my bills with ETH and BTC at the moment but it’s a start

Twetch ·

One things for sure I’m tired of high Gas fees on ETH but it’s a business write off so I’m not at a huge loss but those chains are slow and expensive

Twetch ·

what kind of functions are you looking for? do you use ipfs?

Twetch ·

All I would need is an app like Compound or Aave. Then I can collateralize my BSV and use the borrowed funds to pay bills in btc for now until I can just use BSV directly

Twetch ·

you could build it pretty quickly

Twetch ·

Well haha I am a practitioner using the systems in a real brick and mirror business but I’m no developer

Twetch ·

One thing you’ll appreciate is my use of BSV to create my own insurance policies. I plan to use it to develop my own professional liability insurance

Twetch ·

I'll believe it when I see it! anyway, followed ... KEEP GOING 💪

Twetch ·

Celsius does BSV, you can withdraw in USDC then use https://otc.relayx.io/ to convert back to BSV or leave it in USDC for your bills, this way you can make your money in BSV but get to use DeFi while it’s still around, if you’d like some help DM me 😊

Twetch ·

I’ve also figured out some other work arounds if that doesn’t solve your problem

Twetch ·

I love that option but they only do 25% LTV on BSV but I’m still going to be using their option. Will there be no collateralized lending on BSV?

Twetch ·

Since btc and eth are the only digital assets classified as commodities I believe that is why I only have the option to on ramp and off ramp into them

Twetch ·

You could also use NEXO, you just have to convert your BSV on that website I linked because they don’t have a BSV wallet yet, but it’s super quick to convert and NEXO has 0 credit withdrawal fees which is super helpful

Twetch ·

To answer your 2nd question, I simple mean ETH will simply not be needed when BSV gains adoption as all the bones are there, people just need to develop it/get the word out, it’s really hard since people have been attacking BSV

Twetch ·

Im pretty sure as we speak people are building ways to tokenise them, I’m not sure how exactly that works I’m too uneducated, I thought maybe it’s because they don’t want to work with BSV as they’d go out of business

Twetch ·

I am quite aware of the attacks on BSV and it’s quite discouraging because in my oppinion, as someone who actually runs a business on chain, it has the best of all worlds in one chain. Just needs the developement level of ETH and it’s fucking game over

Twetch ·

you should go on an eth podcast

Twetch ·

Most people I see bashing BSV are investors and romantic about the mystery behind satoshi. They do not run a business with btc as I do hence I have a different perspective

Twetch ·

I’d live to do something I hate how little people I have to relate to about the suit I do with blockchain

Twetch ·

Sorry autocorrect

Twetch ·

Not only Chad by name.

Twetch ·

Haha I knew that was coming 🤣

Twetch ·

😁👍

Check out www.bsav.io

They launched quietly two-ish weeks ago. 5.15% APY on BSV. Their website is sparse but ive been emailing them. If you DM me with your email I can fwd you my emails with them

Despite the shouts from BSV fans about how bitcoin is just as powerful as ethereum now that scripting is fully unlocked, it is a totally different execution model which is less general than eth's. All defi on bitcoin will be custodial
