Once I was skydiving and on throwing the chute strings hooked around my ancle, it wasnt opening, just fluffing behind like frrr. It was below 1km, falling fast. Reserve opens automatically on pressure around 500, it would get stuck right in. What I did in

3 seconds was: flipping so I was face up to sky, separated strings around ankle hooking them below knees without loosing my shoes, grabbed the strings left and right, did a backflip into hang, looked up if it is opening, pulled one side to go a bit

horizontal to fall faster with now fully open chute, and in next 15 seconds or so landed safely. Money isn’t life my friend, life is real.
