Build log, while it's still warm.

Spent the last stretch building something Indelible's needed for months. A press.
Here's the problem it kills. There are two versions of Indelible. The full thing I run, and the clean copy that ships to you. For months that copy got kept in sync by hand, and anyone who's done that knows how it ends. It drifts. And drift in the wrong direction means something that was only ever meant for my side could slip into yours.
So I stopped doing it by hand and built a machine that presses your copy straight from one source of truth. One command. It strips everything that's mine only and stamps out a clean build, and it HARD STOPS if even one piece that doesn't belong tries to cross the line. Not a checklist I have to remember to run. A wall the machine refuses to break, every single time. Can't drift. Can't leak. Your layer is yours. Provably.
Then I did the part that actually matters. I walked every single tool you'll get and drew that line with my own eyes. Most of them ship. A couple I'm holding back until they're genuinely ready, because I'd rather hand you nothing than hand you half.
And what I'm holding is mostly waiting on one thing. 👀 Sanctuary. Next chapter, and it's close. I won't say much yet. Just know the groundwork going in right now is what lets every one of you eventually run the whole thing. Yours. Not a stripped down demo.
The work, raw, before it's anywhere else.
Own your memory. Forever.
