ill do a write up about this feature in a bit, but the simple version is it's like tags but with phrases... and putting one in a message allows you to both tag that message with a concept and create a links to more messages with that concept

unlike tags though, the matching is a little more fuzzy.... it works more like a search query where [[mh370]] will return threads with both [[mh370]] and [[mh370 ufo]]

this feature is still in its early phase... and will get a lot more dev time in the future, but I wanted to mention it since I use it quite a bit
